Aanya’s coaching and guidance has been instrumental to my mental and physical wellbeing. She helped me to discover what foods truly work and don’t work for me, finally understand what portion sizes made sense for the foods I was eating and I was able to fall back in love with cooking, which I will always be grateful for. The knock on effects meant better sleep, my fitness skyrocketed because I finally was fueling my body correctly, increased fat loss (when I wanted it), consistent mood and no more mid-afternoon slumps - that was huge for me.
